AGM DIRECTOR INFORMATION At the AGM held on 24th Oct 2007, both Alistair Trimble and David Rosenberg were elected to the Board by the Shareholders.
Anthony Caneva, who was introduced to the shareholders at the AGM will consider a Board position in due course.

Guy Vicars - Company Secretary
"Guy Vicars is a local psychotherapist in private practice who specializes in all areas of relationships and in helping people deal with depression. Guy also works with clients with other issues, including athletes from the VIS and AIS, and has consulted with the AFL and other large forms who want to improve customer-employee relations. Guy was on the committee of the Victorian branch of the Australian Association of Relationship Counsellors (AARC Inc.)for five years and was the state representative to the AARC National Management Committee. He is now Vice-President off the AARC and is their delegate to the Psychotherapy And Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Guy is also the Vice-President of Positive Counselling.
Apart from a Master's degree, Guy also holds a Bachelor of Business degree and has worked in and with financial institutions and owned small businesses for the last 20 years."

"Anthony Caneva was appointed to the Board on 30th January 2008. The Board believes that it must have input from the younger members of the Community to remain relevant. Anthony, has completed a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) through RMIT and is currently studying his Masters of Applied Finance as well as completing a Diploma of Financial Planning. Anthony has worked in financial planning since 2005 and is currently employed by Australian Unity, helping them build their financial planning dealership and providing support to their advisers." |
| Brian Hatswell, is one of the original members of the steering committee and has been a Director since day one. Brian is the owner of Paint Spot in Chapel Street and a strong supporter of the Windsor Community. |
| Melina Sehr has only been on the Board since 2005 and balances a career with IBM, is a Councillor on the City of Stonnington and past Mayor. Melina recently had her third child and is an inspiration to us all for her hard work and commitment. |
David Rosenberg has a long history in Windsor and his expertise and knowledge is welcomed by the Board. Known to many from Rosenberg Shoes, David donates much of his spare time to Prahran Rotary. David joined the Board at the June meeting and was formally elected to the Board by the Shareholders at the AGM in October 2007.

| John Keating is a well known local Solicitor. John has his practice in Greville Street Prahran. John has served as Chairman of the Prahran District Chamber of Commerce and was instrumental in the establishment of Streets Ahead. John has worked within our community for many years now and a valuable addition to the Board of Directors.

| Sarah Davies is another well known and respected community member with a legal background. Sarah has been on Council for two terms and has served as Mayor. Sarah has strong ties to our community and will bring great experience and insight to the Board of the Community Bank. Her commitment to our community will help develop our work within the community.
