BUYING & SELLING SHARES:

The process for buying and selling shares is quite simple. As an unlisted public company share transactions can only take place between a buyer and seller who have made contact with each other and arragned to complete a transaction. The company takes no part in the deal between the two parties except for providing the contacts for each party. Once a deal has been completed the parties must follow the procedure set out below.

1. Buyer & Seller agree to a price

2. Both parties complete the Standard Share Transfer form

3. Submit the share transfer form togeter with the current Share Certificate to 

                   The Sectertay, 111 Chapel Street, Windsor Vic 3181

4. Once approved by the Board, the documents will be forwarded to Richmond, Sinnott & Delahunty, where the original Share certificate will be destroyed and a new one will be issued to the new shareholder.
