Bendigo Bank tops customer satisfaction ratings
2 February, 2012
Roy Morgan released results from its monthly survey into Australian bank customer satisfaction, with Bendigo Community Bank© customers rated as more satisfied than any other bank’s customers.
The results from Australia’s leading market research company show that the Community Bank© achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 89.5 per cent, edging out ING (88.4 per cent) as the top bank.
There was an upward trend in Bendigo Bank's customer satisfaction ratings with an increase of 2.4 per cent from the same time last year, which followed an increase in the previous year of 2.3 per cent – meaning that our continuous efforts to deliver industry-leading customer service is greatly valued by our customers.
This can be said to prove that our persistent focus on connecting with our customers – listening to what they need and respecting their choices – is paying off.
Even though the Community Bank© is placed more than 11 percentage points ahead of NAB, the highest rating of the major four banks, the survey indicated that overall customer satisfaction for the major banks is at its highest in 15 years.

Stonnington Community Financial Services Ltd, has announced a 5 cent per share Dividend to be paid in July 2010.
Board of Directors decided to reduce this years dividend due to the current economic uncertainty and felt that it was a prudent decision to maintain cash reserves particularly with the opening of the new branch at Prahran Market, which will drain cash flow in the early days.
None the less the Board are very proud of the success of the Windsor Community Bank® Branch and now its branch at Prahran Market, largely due to the Support of the local community.

| Windsor Community Bank® Branch Director Melina Sehr is sharing this photo with us of her newly arrived son, we think his name is 'Mark'.
Born Friday 22nd June at 7:10pm. Labour was a breeze and Frank was spared any physical assaults from Melina this time. "Reckon I could have gone out to dinner afterwards if they would have let me" said Melina after the birth.
We all wish Melina and Frank all the best with their new arrival.

| Cameron Morcher ( pictured, with lack of sleep) who joined us as a Director last year is now a Dad. Cameron and his wife Candice welcomed Charlton (featured) into the world on the 6th January 2009.
"It's going to be an exciting year for our family and for the Windsor Community Bank!" said Cameron when informing us of the new arrival. Cameron has been working close with the Directors in establishing our newest baby the branch at Prahran Market. We think Charlton will probably keep Cameron up at night more than our new branch will.
The board, staff and customers wish Candice, Cameron and Charlton all the best for the future.
